Dana Jean Copley (nee. Reid) March 8, 1964- August 1, 2021 aged 57 years. Died at home with her husband and dogs by her side after a long battle with cancer.
Survived by her husband of 20 years Richard, step mother Christina, sisters Barbara (Lee), Judi Mazzarella Craig(Drew), brothers Sean (Lisa), Andrew (Rhonda), Jim and Greg Mazzarella, Aunt Kathy Lloyd, cousin Natalie (Sam) Beckett and numerous nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by her father John and birth mother Elenor.
Born in Vancouver, she moved to Shirley in 2002. She spent over 31 years in the Canadian Coast Guard, the majority of that going to sea. A talented artist and gardener who loved her dogs, she is deeply missed.
A gathering will be held at a later date, donations can be made to the BCSPCA or the BC Cancer Foundation.
