LETTER: Be careful what you wish for

A segment of the Highway 14 population continues to push for an extension of the existing four lanes to our District of Sooke. Aside from unparalleled growth that would result, logic and fiscally challenging times might suggest what is needed, for less congestion and increased safety, is long-term planning for an alternative route.
