Sorry folks, the District of Sooke is not restricting your access. It only shuts down one “free” avenue of information.
This is a positive step forward in both environmental and monetary policies.
If needed individuals can still print their own copies from the district’s website. There are services in Sooke that can assist you with this: the public library for example – for a fee.
