“The senior boys are playing good team basketball and getting stronger every day,” said head coach Trevor Bligh.

Grade 10 student Malakai Hills, who checks in at 6-foot., 8-inches, doubled down by playing for the junior and senior teams.

“He was a dominant presence and was named MVP for the junior tournament,” Bligh said.

Waylon Johnson turned in a strong performance in the senior tournament, and was named first-team all star.

The junior boys record for the season is 5-1, while the senior boys stand at 6-3.

“Both teams are off to a great start, our best in five or six years,” Bligh said.
